The fall 2003 issue of Campus Starter magazine passed the stringent audit standards and procedures of the CCAB to validate the magazine's fall circulation of 150,000 copies. The audit validates Campus Starter's guaranteed distribution to high school students based on current, accurate written subscription forms that have been submitted by the counsellors requesting free copies of the magazine. The CCAB is one of the premier organizations in North America that audits the circulation of media, including consumer magazines such as Campus Starter. The two new markets being targeted for these international magazines are Brazil and Taiwan. All four magazines are full colour, glossy magazines aimed at country-specific students who are interested in studying Canada. The magazines cover a range of articles according to three themes: Study in Canada, Live in Canada and Enjoy Canada. The editorial style of the features involves interviews with students from across the country and provides facts and stats on Canada. All editorial in the magazine is published in the appropriate language for each country. Each magazine is distributed free-of-charge at the CEC Education Fairs hosted by the local CEC Centre.
